How to win UX work from the BBC - News - Digital Arts

The Beebs Jane Murison explains how to get on the new BBC Digital Design Research roster.

The BBC is looking for new UX partners and user investigation firms to work on its digital products and labors_ such as iPlayer_ CBeebies and CBBC_ Bitesize_ news and play_ as well as cross-platform experiences.

The BBC Digital Design Research roster_ which will restore the existing BBC Uspower and Accessibility Roster next year_ is seeking to build powerful and fruitful long term relationships with agencies of all sizes_ capabilities and investigation specialisms to support its user experience and design processes.

Jane Murison under<_em> is the BBCrsquo;s head of user experience amp; design UXamp;D and childrenrsquo;s apprehension and learning. She put out a call this week for entries to the roster_ which aims to better the condition of the UXamp;D design investigation_ and of the products and labors it makes. The call also seeks to drive alteration and creativity of the BBCrsquo;s design investigation_ and crucially_ prepare value for money.

The BBC will select 3-8 agencies to join a roster with a life of 2-4 years_ from May 2016. Over that time_ it expects to reward imprison;3.5 - 5 favorite in contracts.

The BBC wants a wide range of investigation agencies to adduce.
